Personal Training Sessions

If you are looking for a trainer who is going to give you their all when training and help you reach that next level of fitness then this is the place for you. We are hard working and dedicated to your health and fitness. We will work with your flexibility, functional movement, weight training, cardio training and gymnastic movements. Included in our packages are body composition assessments and functional movement screenings. With these assessments, we can create a truly unique experience for you and it will help you see the results so you don’t have to look at a scale to see your results.

Individual Running Sssions

Individual Training sessions are for those who want a more hands on approach to training. Like the group sessions, the individual sessions will cover running form, new forms of breathing while running, speed based workouts, distances based workout and hill based workouts. These sessions locations will vary and will be announced on the blog two days before each run. Meet two-three days a week for an hour each session. 

Weight Training Sessions

Weight Training Sessions are either individual or group sessions. They will be held at local gyms in the Denver Metro Area. These sessions will test your functional movement ability and show where there are spots for improvement on your body. Each person will have individual workouts based on current physical ability. We will start you off with stretching and proper form before you even touch heavy weights to prevent injury. We will never push you beyond what you are capable of doing and will put safety first over being as fast as possible. Meet two days a week an hour each day. Limit to 4 people per group.

Couch to 5K Training

Are you tired of sitting on the couch and letting life just pass you by? Well here is a challenge for you. Through this program, we will train you over the course of 8 weeks to go from sitting on the couch to running and completing a 5K. For those of you who do not know, a 5K run is 3.1 miles in length and can be found across the Colorado and the nation. We can guarantee that within 8-10 weeks you will be prepared enough to run the race and could possibly place in your age group if you commit to this workout. Meet three days a week and run on your own one to two days. An hour each day we meet. Limit 6 per group. Individual if needed.  

Group Training Sessions

Have you seen those workout videos on television that offer you insane results. Well look no further. This is Trent’s Insane Workouts. These workouts are similar to the ones you see that offer insane or extreme results. They are reformatted and redesigned to help you get the results that you are looking for. We cannot guarantee results since it is up to you to push yourself to the results that you want to see. There are three different kinds of classes: One which is revolved around cardio and body weight, another with weights and some cardio and finally a fighter style workout that will burn the calories away. AGAIN WE CANNOT GUARANTEE RESULTS since it is up to you to push yourself and eat healthy. Workouts vary in time from 40 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes. Limit 6 per group.

Yoga/Felxibility Sessions

Are you not as flexible as you once were? Do you feel limited in your movements? If so say yes to these workouts. These workouts are designed to help promote the body to undue what has been done over the years from limited to no stretching. Classes can cover functional movement screenings, functional movement training, different kinds of yoga, stretching and learning proper technique for stretching and holding as to prevent future injury. We will do what we can to improve your flexibility to enhance other workouts you may be doing as well. Roughly an hour per session. Limit to 4 per group.
PROGRAMS AVAILABLE
