These Personal Training Sessions will help bring you to the next level of fitness and push you beyond what you thought was possible. Training Sessions will either be help Outdoors depending on the weather, or in a gym that is close to your location. Dress appropriately. Individual Running Sessions

These Individual sessions are meant for those wanting to learn to run and run distances with direct hands on contact with the trainer. You will be outdoors running in everything but extreme cold. Weight Training Sessions

These sessions are designed to help you build lean or volume muscle mass. We cannot guarantee that you will gain muscle size. We will give you the tools you need to become a stronger person overall. Each session will be unique by constantly keeping the body guessing on what is coming next. Supplements will be discussed on an individual basis and only approved after doctors have given their OK. Couch to 5K

Pushing yourself to your goals and complete the race after 8 weeks of training with me. You will be glad you said yes and on your way to running more races in the future. Group Training Sessions

Each group will do something different and unique. One group to sign up for is involved in body strength, another based on cardio and strength, and finally one that is based in fight training without worrying about hitting someone else. Required to bring your own bands and other equipment necessary to complete these workouts. Along with a bottle of water and a recover drink of your choice (not required but recommended). Yoga and Flexibility Sessions

These are unique groups where you will experience different kinds of yoga. Bring yourself, water, your yoga mat, a yoga block, and a calm mind to each session. Trust me your body and mind will thank you.

From 5K to 10K 

It is time to expand your horizons. You will be outdoors running in everything but extreme cold. Dress appropriately. Lets change our pace here. Now lets focus on completing a triathlon and show the world what we are made of. You are required to supply yourself with the appropriate gear needed to complete a triathlon such as a bike and swimming and running gear. Lets start off and have some fun learning. Exercise Prescriptions  

You may be asking yourself what is exercise prescription? Exercise Prescription Is where we write you a specified exercise plan with warm ups, stretching, workouts, cool downs and possibly some diet tips. We based these prescriptions on assessments that we can either do in person or on-line. If in person, which get the best results, we preform skin fold testing, height, weight, age, gender, one-minute strength testing which involves push ups and squats with no weights, and flexibility testing which includes: shoulder flexibility, hip flexibility, hamstring flexibility, and spinal flexibility. Upon request we can perform functional moment tests to see how functional you are. If done over the INTERNET, I will send you an email explaining how to do flexibility tests on yourself as well as your height, weight, age gender, as well as the strength testing. Also we will ask you how long you have been working out for recently as well as and medical conditions that need to be shared with us. These are given upon request and will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of being given your information. I would highly recommend these to anyone starting a workout with this organization either on-line or in-person. We will also ask how much free time a day you have as well as how many times a week you are able to workout and how fast you want to see results.  Please Email for Pricing.
